Where are you located?
We're in Ashford, Kent, with free parking on-site and a 5-minute walk from Ashford International Station.
Is there an age limit?
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. Some rooms may have specific age recommendations.
How safe are the rooms?
All rooms are fully monitored, and game masters can intervene at any time. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, especially for rooms with physical activity.
Booking & Policies
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for weekends.
What if we arrive late?
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten your game time.
Can we bring food or drinks?
No food or drinks inside the rooms, but we have a waiting area with vending machines.
